Does working with the leader in the Reverse Pharmaceutical industry sound like the professional challenge you are seeking? We are currently seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead, motivate, direct and mentor a team of subcontracted Regional Account Executives.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with Guaranteed Returns® and gain experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Regional Sales Manager leading a team to providing superior service to existing clients and achieving operational objectives by generating leads and securing new business relationships.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Development of sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment
- Establishing sales objectives for direct reports; assuring all quotas are attained
- Assisting your team in meeting sales objectives by maintaining, servicing and expanding upon the customer base to generating additional business for the region and the Company
- Performing on site servicing of existing customers, identifying expired, re-called or overstocked pharmaceutical products, under stringent direction of various State and Federal Agencies.
- Implementing trade promotions and keeping current on job knowledge and the competition
- Handling any customer related issues that may arise before, during or after an on-site servicing
- Maintaining customer relationships to expand upon current business and generate leads for referral business
- Assist with the identification of potential new business opportunities to expand the revenue in your region
- Travel within your region to service accounts and prospect for new accounts as needed, some overnight travel possible
The Regional Sales Manager will work as a subcontractor for Guaranteed Returns® and will be compensated for services performed on behalf of Guaranteed Returns® with a 1099 form for yearend tax purposes.
Requirements:
Compensation includes: A base compensation plus residuals based on sales and the ability to motivate your team to exceed current objectives. Total earnings are expected to be in the $100K range first year with the potential to earn more as the territory grows. Appropriate business expenses will be reimbursed.
This is a subcontractor relationship. Qualified candidate will be compensated for services performed on behalf of Guaranteed Returns® with a 1099 form for yearend tax purposes which offers certain tax deduction advantages to increase annual income.
