Northern European Region ETRM Sales Executive – to join new London Office
My client has another European office in Southern Europe and is looking to grow their Northern European region from London.
My client is NOT one of the big 5 Global, American based ETRM / CTRM software houses, but a European based ETRM / CTRM software firm with around 50 employees. They have already gained a very strong market share in Southern European energy / commodity trading clients and are looking for an established proven ETRM / CTRM Sales Executive to work with their newly appointed Sales Director, growing their Northern European business and up-selling their existing Northern European clients - 80% new business sales 20% account management up-selling.
Reporting directly into their MD London / Northern European Sales Director, you’ll be an autonomous, self-starter who is looking to join a growing business, initially owning the whole Northern European region – this will become more specialised as the sales team grows but you’ll have first choice.
Basic salaries and OTEs are open depending on the level of the right Sales Executive, but the sweet spot for the basic would be around £80k basic with 100% uncapped OTE + benefits.
Profile of ETRM / CTRM Sales Executive:
- Proven track record in ETRM / CTRM software sales, working for direct competitor ETRM / CTRM software houses in Europe, selling any commodity in any Northern European countries
- Knowledge of oil, gas and power trading systems would be preferred
- Full sales life-cycle experience, able to generate/take leads, sell to and close clients
- Ideally experience working for smaller, entrepreneurial businesses
- English is the mandatory language but fluency in other European languages (namely German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and Scandinavian languages) would be very beneficial
- Degree educated
