BSH Group has 25 years experience providing waste and transport services in Adelaide, Roxby Downs and Prominent Hill. They offer a range of waste services including contract management of waste and recycling.
In this role, you will lead a team of ten, optimising the performance of the depot by coordinating daily operational activities, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will maintain budgets and financial information and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Waste contract management and responsibility for further developing the company’s services is encompassed in this key role.
You will require experience in the waste industry, demonstrate a focus on customer service, display the potential to grow the local business and hold relevant heavy vehicle licenses.
