Must have thorough understanding of sophisticated client environments!
Experience as audit professional with full cycle audit experience including financial statements, all areas of audit required. Must have demonstrated experience in each facet of audit!
As a key member of the audit team, the Senior Associate is responsible for:
•Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
•Executing the day- to-day activities of audit engagements.
•Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy.
•Developing an understanding of client's business, and becoming a "functional expert" in the area.
•Utilize proactive, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
Identify and communicate technical matters to both clients and upper management.
•Recognizing and informing senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.
•CPA candidates preferred (rare exception if completed 3 of 4 sections of CPA previously)
•Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
•Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels, both internally and externally
•Proficient use of applicable technology
•Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
