Market Leading Global Company recently expanded their Sales teams to allow for the recent and projected growth experienced by the company. They've recently secured large tenders with strategic partners and as a result are looking for quality Key Account and Business Development Managers.
The Key Accounts you will be managing will be Medium and High Density Builders and be a full time on the road role calling to Construction Sites and Tracking Projects to ensure continued growth of the territory.
To be successful in this role you will be currently in an Account Management or New Business Development Sales Role in the Construction Industry.
The Role
- Key Account Management of current accounts in Construction.
- Ability to manage a call cycle to ensure all clients is serviced.
- Track Building Projects through all stages to ensure successful result.
- Secure new relationships with builders to continue company's growth success
- Produce and implement market plan to achieve business revenues and targets
- Liaise with manufacturing departments, operations and commercial division
- Managing a large personal budget
- Attending various industry events, trade shows, seminars etc
The Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following:
- Currently Selling a through to Construction industry.
- Experience with any Construction Products; Bricks, Slates, Windows, Timber, Tapware, Kitchens, Doors, etc. Open to all product backgrounds.
- Strong ability to build rapport with all clientele
- Strong technical aptitude
