Registered Nurse Case Managers!! (Boston)
Professional Staffing Group is currently partnering with one of our largest healthcare clients in the Boston area to hire multiple RN Case Managers for a full-time position starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have either previous case management experience or at least 3 years of clinical experience. Responsibilities include:
Managing a case load of approximately 40 patients
Coordinate discharge planning
Provide education to providers and patients
Successful candidates should have:
3+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse or case management experience
Ability to work well independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills as well as ability to be a team player
