Nurse Intake Coordinator
The Intake Nurse will enter clinical reviews of referred cases and provide a first level screening to
determine need for Physicians review and input. Additionally, the individual in this role will assist
with implementation of processes to support hospital clients and clinical teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Enter clinical information into the company’s clinical database as needed.
· Acts as a liaison between the clinical support and concurrent teams.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered into the company’s clinical
database.
· Assist with identification and correction of inaccurate and incomplete information.
· Ensure compliance with confidentiality of client information.
Skills:
· Proficient typing skills required.
· Computer proficient with Microsoft packages.
· Ability to learn and understand various clinical software applications.
