Nurse Manager Job in Attleboro 02703, Massachusetts US
Looking for a strong hands on nurse manager with demonstrated experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience along with at least five years of nursing experience. Responsible for overall management and leadership, duties include, but are not limited to: overseeing unit staff, scheduling functions, QI activities, patient and staff safety initiatives, and staff management and development. This is a great opportunity to help develop and manage an 18-bed unit to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Requirements:
Current Massachusetts RN license.
