Nurse Manager – Telemetry Unit at St. Luke’s Hospital

In this highly visible role, you will be charged with improving patient satisfaction scores by building and maintaining a patient-centered model of care, and all clinical, cultural, and administrative functions that come along with it. Your excellent people skills, organizational ability and talent for communication will serve you well, as you lead your staff and build relationships with physicians and other hospital employees.

 

Requirements

Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of participative management, along with the ability to develop staff. Requires a BSN and Master’s degree in nursing preferred, along with progressive acute critical care experience.
