Nurse Manager/ Outpatient Dermatology
- Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a Nursing Manager for its General Dermatology – West County Outpatient Clinic located in Creve Coeur, MO
- Essential functions include but not limited to: oversight of day-to-day operations for the clinic, including clinical policies and procedures, patient and work flow processes.
· Coordinates outpatient services with physicians and staff to provide quality of patient care in an effective manner. Clinic services include cosmetic and non-cosmetic laser treatments.
· Directs and assigns activities and duties of staff, evaluating performance, orienting new staff, and advising staff of administrative changes. As needed, occasionally works physician sessions when staff absences occur.
· Assists in preparation and distribution of monthly reports such as census, flow analysis and other requested reports. Works with physicians to improve patient satisfaction and clinic effectiveness and efficiency.
- Position is Full-Time, No holidays required. Some supervision of Saturday staff may be expected.

- Requires graduate of accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the state of Missouri with 3-5 years experience, including supervisory duties.
· Previous outpatient clinical experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
