The role:

You will have full responsibility for staffing requirements. Managing a team of rosterers to ensure correct staffing levels are achieved to fulfil RDNS contractual requirements.

 

Responsible for:

·         Overseeing responsive and efficient rostering of health care teams to meet client demands

·         Provide responsive management of sick leave and unanticipated scheduling changes

·         Ensuring appropriately qualified team members are assigned to clients with complex health care needs

·         Recruitment

·         Ensuring staff are allocated logistically and cost effectively

·         Managing the process of planned leave and allocating staff accordingly

·         Reviewing and analysing capacity of health care teams

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you have expertise in data analysis, problem solving, planning as well as experience in rostering and staff allocation. With demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships at all staffing levels you will have experience in managing and developing a team and leadership experience in a clinical setting. This is an RN3 role and you require registration with AHPRA and hold a current practising certificate as well as an unencumbered SA drivers licence.
