You will be responsible for support of workflows, clinical content and software configuration. You will manage significant product initiatives using your strong project management skills and strong technical knowledge of products and systems. In this role you will: Work closely with the Clinical RD Product Team on product development and testing, including documentation of business requirements Tracks customer requirements and requests for enhancements to inform business requirements Track industry and competitor trends to inform business requirements Provide consulting around Care Management solutions for customers Participate in the development and maintenance of Care Management and Patient Portal products Provide support to the Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Client management teams Participates in continuing educational activities, as appropriate. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
