Job Description

Celebrate Caring at Elms Haven Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We’re seeking an excellent licensed nursing home administrator for our 242 bed center, located in Thornton, CO. 

As administrator, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and over all success of the center. Your responsibilities will include family service, resident care, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals and maximization of revenue. In addition, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent and also supervising and training high-quality team members.

Job Requirements:

* Desire to enrich patient and resident lives
* Nursing home administrator license (LNHA) required
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred
* Ability to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to residents
* Skill set needed to develop and maintain positive employee and community relationships
* Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities
* Demonstrated knowledge of interpreting financial records and reports
* Ability to plan, develop and implement the programs, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation
* Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures
* Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care
