NURSING SUPERVISOR Days Nights 5,000 Bonus*

We are seeking qualified Nursing Supervisors (Clinical Care Mangers) for day shifts who have a dedication and commitment to these core nursing leadership values and goals!
Qualified candidate will be responsible in managing assigned area in a manner consistent with the organization's mission, values, goals and objectives to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Interprets and communicates facility and department of nursing missions and resident/patient care standards to staff, residents/patients and fame members. Creates a conducive environment for continuity of care, staff development and job satisfaction. Reports unusual occurrences and follows up on care issues to Assistant Director of Nursing.
Skills/Requirements

Qualified candidate must have a current licensure as a registered professional nurse in NYS.

BSN required – MSN preferred

Five years experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.

Previous Nursing Supervisor experience preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills required.

Knowledge of QA/PI goals and process

Must availoable to work Evening or Night Shift
