Nursing Unit Manager Medical Job in Griffith 2680, New South Wales Australia

This is a Permanent Full Time position and is classified as a Nursing Unit Manager Level 2.

 

This position is based in Griffith which belongs to the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

Responsible to the Director of Nursing Midwifery and is responsible for the operational and clinical management of the Medical unit. The Nurse Unit Manager ensures clinical care for patients being treated in the Unit is safe, well-managed and of the highest quality and links effectively to the care provided in the community before and after admission. This position is also responsible for a broad range of Nursing matters including professional standards and practice, workforce and nursing workload.
