The Nutritional Consultant provides customized meal solutions to MyFitFoods consumers. Nutritional Consultants work on advertising and promotional opportunities inside and outside of the store to generate leads and guest traffic, acquire new clients, retain current customers and position MyFitFoods as the industry leader in fresh, healthy packaged meals to go.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Education and Customized Meal Solutions to customers of MyFitFoods:

Ensure all education and guidelines set-forth in the nutritional consultant manual are followed to ensure a consistent MyFitFoods brand experience company-wide.
*Maintain high communication to clients and store manager to ensure a high level of communication and partnership.
*Track and monitor all results for clients. Collect and share success story results with store and corporate team.

Manage Advertising/Promotional Opportunities:

*Research all regional promotional advertising opportunities; evaluate and identify appropriate opportunities and work with external partners to develop programs and trade agreements upon Area Director approval.
*Coordinate internal store promotions in collaboration with Store Management team and Area Director. Ensure that all in-store promotions have the necessary approvals.
*Initiate, negotiate and coordinate field marketing trade-out opportunities with outside vendors to obtain items such as advertising, sponsorships, promotions, etc. at no or low-cost.
*Evaluate and follow up with all community relations and charitable opportunities; distribute donations.
*Field individual store promotion requests including in store enter to win events, contests, and cross promotions. Assist store staff in getting appropriate internal approvals, information and collateral.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:


The Nutritional Consultant will maintain relationships with the Store Manager, Area Director, FOH (Front of House) as well as MyFitFoods clients and accounts. Attention to detail and excellent customer service are key components of this position. There are few aspects to this position that do not involve high levels of communication with others, both in and outside of the company.

The person in this position should be able to take in and relay information in a quick and efficient manner, and must have excellent follow up skills. The person in this position will have a large amount of contact with MyFitFoods clients and team members, as well as negotiations with outside companies and accounts thus should have a very professional demeanor.

　

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


1) Knowledge, skills abilities:

*Requires a strong understanding of customer service.
*Knowledge of the nutrition and fitness needed for success on the 21 Day Program.
*Requires strong communication skills to be able to verbalize procedures and manage program expectations.
*Innovate and able to bring new ideas to the business.
*Ability to thrive in a very fast paced, ever-changing business environment.
*Confident and effective relationship builder at all levels.
*Project management and polished presentation skills essential.
*Promotional knowledge and experience with a growing brand.

2) Minimum experience:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Registered Dietician.
*Two or more years of experience with customers in sales, marketing or fitness.
*Skill working with outside vendors and internal employees.
*A passion and understanding for growing the My Fit Foods brand.


4) Physical Requirements:

Some travel required. Weekend work required.
