Job Description:
Case Manager need for Ob/Gyn clinic in Fresno.
Monitors the case management of patients; especially the complex, high risk cases, and provides staff with specific requirements of the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Registered Nursing, valid and current California Registered Nurse License, at least two years of experience with perinatal and womens health, and current Basic Life Support card required. Must also have a valid California drivers license and a clean DMV record.
Supervisory experience, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
