M3 has two existing web applications: MyStrategicPlan, which is the leading online tool to develop a strategic plan that you can actually implement (http://www.mystrategicplan.com). CustomerClout, which is our newest product, is designed to drive customer loyalty at every level of the organization (http://www.customer-clout.com).
We are seeking a PHP Developer to work on CustomerClout, which is an online system to build long-term relationships with the company’s customer base. The software is designed to increase customer retention, reduce churn, drive action from the CEO to the front line staff based on the voice of the customer and make customer feedback an end-to-end system.Additionally the PHP Developer may work on MyStrategicPlan and develop new projects as they come along.
Skills Requirements
The PHP Developer must be easy to talk to, work with an awesome team, gets their stuff done on time to meet deadlines, and writes super-clean well-commented code. The ideal candidate will have:
-- Object Oriented PHP - 3 years minimum. Extensive hands-on knowledge of OO practice and techniques
-- MySQL - 3 years minimum. Queries, query optimization, functions indexing, DB normalization
-- JavaScript - jQuery YUI. And you can write your own OO JavaScript
-- LAMP -- not a core requirement, but a bonus
-- A CS degree is preferred or (equivalent experience)
-- Good communication skills, is dependable and has a good work ethic.
-- No beginners. If you just read a couple PHP books and hacked WordPress for a year, this is not the gig for you.
