We operate a state-of-the-art communications and magazine fulfillment center for Time Inc.'s world renowned lineup of national and international magazines - titles such as TIME, PEOPLE, SPORTS ILLUSTRATED, FORTUNE, MONEY, ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY - as well as popular magazines ESSENCE, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, SOUTHERN LIVING and MARTHA STEWART LIVING.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Answers calls on a continuous basis according to policies and procedures established by TCS and/or the client to meet established production goals.
•Maintains a courteous and professional manner with each caller according to established TCS quality standards.
•Makes limited adjustments to customer accounts and/or processes magazine
orders by performing correct transactions to TCS fulfillment systems.
•Promotes cross-sell offers and renewals to customers per client requirements and based on departmental objectives.
•Communicates high-level corrections/problems to the appropriate write-up queue via TCS fulfillment system or hard copy forms.
•Conducts client surveys on specified in bound calls and records results.
•Assists other departments (as needed) processing e-mails and data entry.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•6 months customer service experience
•6 months PC experience
•Ability to communicate effectively
verbally and have strong technical and writing skills (email/chat).
•Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays

Must pass customer service assessments and must attend and successfully complete 5 weeks of training at the Ocala facility.
