Salary £30,000 - £40,000 + benefits
Hays Healthcare is working in partnership with NHS Trusts and Private organisations across the Midlands and the North to recruit qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurses.
The role is challenging but also rewarding and you will receive excellent induction, career development and support you to work efficiently including mentoring junior Occupational Health nurses within the relevant department.
Candidates applying for these roles will possess the following:
Plan, manage and deploy departmental resources to optimum advantage in order that costs are kept under control or reduced, whilst operating to a plan of continuous improvement.
Varying levels of understanding of company and legislative responsibilities and requirements within OH
The ability to make decisions concerning plant, machinery and individuals to promote and enable preventative action as opposed to reactive measures
Assess and determine employees’ suitability and fitness to conduct their work
Candidates applying for these positions will be eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have previous exposure to Occupational Health work.
