Blue Care’s Cairns Community Care based in Cairns is currently looking for a full time Occupational Therapist to join their team. This role involves day work and will be a minimum of 76 hours per fortnight.
The purpose of your role is to provide clinical care to Blue Care clients and residents across a range of service types within the relevant discipline scope of practice consistent with the mission of Blue Care.
General duties include:
- Assess, develop, manage and evaluate appropriate care plans for clients
- Provide recommendations for physical resources required
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in a manner consistent with Blue care documentation
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in required Allied Health Discipline
- Current registration with relevant health authority and professional body
- Advanced clinical experience and/or Post Graduate qualifications in speciality area
- Current Driver’s Licence (and a road worthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance as required)
