Occupational Therapist
Summary: Provide occupational therapy services to patients and/or clients including: assessment, treatment program planning, goal setting and implementation, patient education, related documentation and communication.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred. 1-3 years’ experience in the appropriate practice setting (inpatient, outpatient, Occupational Health Services, Children's Therapy Services, etc.) preferred. 36 hours continuing education every three years.
Current registration with the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy Inc., (NBCOT) required. Current registration with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy required. CPR certification within two months of hire.
