Position Summary

Performs patient care by assessing the patients physical and functional abilities. Based on problems determined, the occupational therapist establishes and carries out a plan of care which includes patients/family instruction, d/c planning, documentation in the medical record, communication with the team, and reassessment. Helps patients to achieve their maximum level of functioning. Clinical instructor for students, and participates in departmental functions, i.e. process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

B.S. and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio. New graduates with excellent references considered.
