OE Controller – ENO – AVP recruitment
This position is within Corporate Real Estate and Services (CRES) and is based in New York. The position is responsible for oversight, management and maintenance of Organizational Entity (OE) Codes for clients within Shared Services and/or Investment Banking Divisions. In this capacity, the OE Controller will work closely with the COOs and management, HR Business Partners and interface with other support areas within the Bank. This position is also responsible for high-detailed maintenance of the CRES database which supports numerous systems throughout the Bank globally.
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Act as OE Controller for departments within Shared Services and/or Investment Banking Divisions.
- Follow the OE Code guidelines and process to ensure OE Codes are maintained based on all organizational changes.
- Responsible for all employee/staff mapping to the correct OE Codes for business-as-usual hires and transfers as well as team or departmental reorganizations.
- Conduct quality assurance and correctness of structural data on an ongoing basis by liaising with the business and HR partners to validate OE information.
- Educate the business clients and HR partners on OE Codes, procedures and downstream effects in order to establish effective information gathering and update processes.
- Monitor and resolve daily exception reports and other data issues impacted by the OE codes, including various system access and intranet portal issues.
- Maintain OE structural data in Switzerland's Host system, OneHRIS System and partnering with the Switzerland Structural Data Team.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
- Associates, Bachelor's degree or equivalent skill or experience is required.
- 3-5 years of working experience preferably in investment bank/corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal (written and verbal) skills and the ability to interact with staff at various levels within the Bank. Strong 'client-centric' skills a must.
- Familiar with basic data relationships and preferably a good working knowledge of Microsoft Access or equivalent relationship database.
- Strong organizational, administrative, problem solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail with strong end-to-end follow up with clients/businesses.
- Flexibility and experience in managing multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
