Your Challenge:
- Structuring, developing and maintaining a global state-of-the-art offering platform
- Due diligence audits of external suppliers
- Triage and testing of product and service offerings from external providers
- Negotiating with approved service providers (ASP), incl. pricing and drafting cooperation agreements
- Actively supporting our advisors in different locations with regard to training, client acquisition and defining/finding the best solutions
- Intensive exchange of experience with other specialist offices and product management units
- Coordinating the development of products with product managers from other areas, as well as implementing the products/solutions
- Ongoing market analysis and monitoring of legal and regulatory bases and subsequent assessment of the possible effects of changes including making proposals and implementing the resulting adjustments
- Maintaining a network of relationships with external offices and partners, such as insurance companies, consultants, lawyers and fiduciary agents
Your capabilities:
- To be able to perform this interesting and important role, you will ideally have a degree in law or economics from a university or university of applied sciences
- Several years of experience in the financal sector, especially in the Wealth Tax Planning industry (solid knowledge about products, providers and processes, idealy in the structuring of Funds)
- The position requires demonstrated proficiency in communication, planning and successful implementation
- You should be a relationship builder who can identify client needs clearly and has considerable experience within a client driven environment
- To deal with internal and external partners you need diplomatic negotiating skills; you should be a flexible consensus builder and employing a straightforward and honest style (strong interface management)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal, written and listening - with the ability to express things simply and directly, maintaining a focused and controlled discussion
- You are fluent in English and if possible also in German, further additional languages would be an advantage
- Team player with entrepreneurial thinking
