Office Administrator – Boutique Investment Company recruitment

Reporting to the office manager and directors of this company, this is a permanent role, well suited to a highly organised office administrator, with polished inter personal skills.
 

In this role you will be expected to cover a wide range of responsibilities to include administration of finance expenses, maintaining booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors, booking travel and general office admin    
 

We are interested in interviewing candidates who have good IT skills, to include PowerPoint, Word Excel. Prior experience of Sage Accounting system is also an advantage.

In addition to the above suitable applicants will have prior experience of office admin within a professional, commercial environment couple with a "can do" attitude.
