We are currently seeking to fill the position of Office Administrator in our Calgary, Alberta office and we are requesting resumes be submitted, in confidence.

The responsibilities of this position will include reception as well as the general administrative tasks associated with the operation of a small office.  Preference will be give to applicants with 5 to 7 years of experience, particularly in an engineering environment.  The individual we are seeking will possess excellent computer skills (MS Office), be proactive, organized and prepared to fully engage in the company’s day-to-day activities. 

Specific tasks will include:

·         General office duties including staff support, client/supplier/contractor interactions and maintaining of office supplies,

·         Scheduling field staff, preparation of client reports, data entry and collection of financial/time and progress information,

·         Developing internal procedures to improve workflow, reporting, filing and cost tracking, accounting procedures.
