Due to company growth, this well known and reputable Physiotherapy clinic located in the leafy inner suburbs of Perth is searching for an Administration Assistant for their office team.

Providing comprehensive support to the Practice Manager, your duties will include entering data for timesheet processing, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, editing and proofreading reports and documentation, covering reception when needed, managing the schedules and bookings of all Physiotherapists and liaising with clientele.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience working within an office environment ideally with a working knowledge in MYOB. You must be a team player with an energetic attitude and can effectively work well under pressure. Your compassionate nature and organisational skills will make you successful in this role.
