Office Administrator recruitment

KS are a specialised boutique recruitment firm working with high profile clients in the Banking and Financial Services space recruiting roles across Finance, Operations and Technology.  They are renowned for providing exceptional service, quality candidates and going the extra mile for their clients and candidates alike.

The Office Administrator role is to support the Sales team and Directors in every aspect of administration and daily support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration:

1.Format CVs as and when required in Microsoft Word format

2.Computate the teams monthly expense claims into Excel

3.Add clients business card contacts to in-house database

4.Manage client invoicing process

5.Keep replenished; water, coffee capsules, cups, sugar, milk sachets, stirrers

6.Keep replenished; printer paper, note pads, pens, printer ink cartridges

7.Manage all MOM administration

Receptionist:

1.Greet visitors, offer refreshments, show into meeting room, alert relevant Consultant

2.Keep Reception area/waiting area tidy and presentable, ensure magazines are kept up to date

PA:

1.Support the two Directors

2.Computate monthly expense claims

3.Book any travel/hotel/restaurant reservations for business or personal use

Plus any other adhoc tasks required.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with an hour for lunch.

Ideally you will have at least one year of relevant work experience in an Administration, PA, Secretarial, Office Management role. Previous recruitment company experience would be ideal.

Other requirements include:

1.Excellent personal presentation.

2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and use of a PC.

4.Positive work attitude.

5.Outgoing, hardworking character.

6.Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills are required.

7.You must be able to work under pressure.
