Office Administrator/Accounting Job in Dardenne 63368, Missouri US
Growing company is in need of a high-energy, full-time administrator to assist with general office and accounting functions. This position will report directly to the President of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable in a busy environment; Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Intermediate computer skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in typing, spelling, math. Must have strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office equipment (phone system, copiers, fax, postage machine)
- Effectively handle multiple priorities be able to prioritize accordingly
- Experience in titlework, closing documents or new home construction a plus
