Office Administrator/Accounts

Our client, a local and well established construction company with offices in the city are looking to recruit a new office and accounts manager to perform a stand alone role, running the office and day to day accounts on Sage Line 50.

The role will involve everything from reception and diary management duties, to materials ordering and job allocation, purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll administration, sub contractor management and other book keeping duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of and enjoy the autonomy of working in a small office environment with control and responsibility for both accounts and administration in a small business. Systems confident, Word, Excel and Sage Line 50, you will be flexible adaptable and task focused.
