Office Manager / Executive Admin Assistant - Retail Leasing Firm
We are looking for an experienced executive administrator / office manager to take responsibility for running our office and assisting our staff overseeing the Specialty Retail Program at Denver International Airport. Your full time role will include providing a range of office management duties including:
- day to day running of the office
- provision of administrative support to supervisors and clients
- staff management
- accounts management
- production/maintaining reports and presentations
- marketing/newsletters
This position will suit you if you have office management experience, strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and presentation skills. Applicants must have:
* Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting packages
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suites including advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Knowledge of desktop publishing
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
