Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
Come work for an innovative medical group. This is a part-time position working with a group of 51 physicians who provide hospital care in San Francisco.
As an Administrative Assistant, your basic duties will involve coordinating activities at four campus offices. These duties include, but are not limited to:
· Providing administrative support for up to ten Directors as requested.
· Coordinating, setting up, attending and completing minutes for multiple company meetings each month.
· Setting up individual meetings for each physician to meet with consultants and company directors.
· Editing and sending out internal and external surveys.
· Gathering and consolidating performance data into reports on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly basis.
· Keeping track of and sending out cards/acknowledgments for employee "life-events" (births, sickness, weddings, etc.)
· Answering company cell phone calls and emails.
· Checking company eFax accounts and forwarding and responding to faxes accordingly.
· Taking lab coats to the dry cleaner from each campus at least once per week.
· Retrieving mail and distributing it to each physician’s office mailbox at least once per week.
· Keeping track of and replenishing office supplies at each campus.
The ideal candidate should be:
· Highly motivated
· A ble to work independently with minimal supervision
· Flexible with hours (up to 20 per week)

Requirements:
· Four year college de gree or a current four year degree student in their last two years of schooling.
· Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of both hardware and software applications
· Type at least 40 wpm
Starting wage: $16/hr (negotiable based on experience)
