Office Assistant with Purchasing Experience Job in Middletown 06457, Connecticut Us

Located in Middletown, CT our growing company has immediate need for a full-time Office Assistant! We are looking for just the right person as this is a very dynamic position with a variety of responsibilities.

 

Working with companies worldwide, we are a repair facility that primarily serves the manufacturing industry.  We have earned a reputation for expertise and efficiency as we constantly strive toward developing new methods and learning new technologies.  We believe in innovation through collaboration, and are always open to new ideas and suggestions from our employees and our customers. 

 

Because of our busy atmosphere, it is very important that our new team member be able to work autonomously.  We are looking for a super-star team player with a great attitude!  Reliable transportation is also essential. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a great work ethic who can self-manage a variety of tasks including the following:

 

-Purchasing (experience in technical purchasing preferred)

-Inventory Management (experience preferred)

-Accounting (basic bill entry and filing- experience with Quickbooks a must)

-Filing and various other office duties as required
