Office Coordinator for Commercial Real Estate Investors

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced office support professional with a rapidly growing, commercial real estate investment company. Our client is looking for a career minded support professional to be the first point of contact for their high end clients and investment partners, coordinating with the executive team and supporting front office operations in a new investment property they recently purchased and renovated. This privately held investment company seeks individuals that envision themselves growing with the company and offers the right candidate the opportunity to prove themselves. This is a highly visible role, as you will work first hand with the Principals and Clients of a company developing properties all over NYC. 1-3 years of Administrative support, exceptional communication skills, experience managing heavy multi line phones, and strong MS Word, Outlook, and Excel are required for this role.
