Office Coordinator

· Cover Front Desk – Answer incoming calls/greet office visitors
· Generating Reports/Maintaining Spreadsheets
· Maintenance of Company Records
· Meeting Preparation
· Maintain Office Equipment
· Daily Operations/Special Projects
· General Office Support
· Company Event Assistance
Experience Requirements:
· 2+ year prior general office experience preferably in the professional services industry
