Busy Finance and Accounting Staffing Firm located in White Plains, NY has an immediate need for an Office Administrator.

 

This role is responsible for the administrative support of the branch team. The ideal candidate has some prior office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes and perform data entry.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Answer Phones

·         Data Entry

·         Source and screen potential candidates

·         Manage recruiters schedules

·         Greet guests upon arrival

·         Assist Temporary Staffing Manager with managing temporary work force including completing payroll process and confirming candidate availability. 

·         Additional responsibilities as needed.
