Purpose of position:
Develops a web planning-, analyzing- strategy measuring / controlling the efficiency and effectiveness of the E-commerce activities and processes in orde to support the Ecommerce management to optimize all online and onsite marketing activities ensuring a good customer experience and response rate and minimize costs.
Primairy Accountabilities:
- Develops the web analysis strategy including tool recommendation, tagging, naming.
- conventions.
- Manages, integrates and further develops all ecommerce specific data sources (XRef Coremetrics, Pixel tracking from SEM agencies…).
- Works with BI on integration of online and offline data to provide one view on the customer.
- Defines KPI’s and provides standardized reporting on a regular basis (management reporting) allowing the various stakeholders to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the various on line and on site activities and improve the overall usability and customer shopping experience and response rate and minimising cost.
- Provides operational ad-hoc analysis (daily) to Online- and Onsite Marketing to support decisions and maximization of sales and profit (e.g raise keyword search mishit issues).
- Supports Onsite- and Online Marketing in taking decisions.
- Benchmarks the web analysis solutions and scans market for e-metric reporting tools.
Functie-eisen
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree, Statistics/Mathematics, Online Marketing (SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Search, E-mail Marketing, Search Engines), Market Research, Commerciële Economie, Business Intelligence, Webdesign.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in general; 1 year as analyst for the basics; 2 years for in depth scientific analysis.
- Experience in eCommerce: B2B, B2C, Retail.
- Knowledge of Excel, Javascript.
- English (conversational) + one other EU language.
