Office Management Assistant (part-time) – Retail, Frankfurt recruitment
Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen to join the team in Frankfurt working part-time as an Office Management Assistant.
Your working hours will be between 9am – 2pm (5 hours per day). Flexibility during busy periods (such as corporate events) will be required.
Key responsibilities
- Office administration (e.g. ordering stationary office supplies in general, administering tenancy agreements and insurance policies, overseeing suppliers, updating of DR plans, arranging catering)
- Administer reception area
- Administer meeting rooms
- Administrative tasks
- Administer company cars (lease contracts etc.)
- Prepare invoices for accounting
- Administer costs payments
- Prepare travel expenses for employees
What our client is looking for
- Trained paralegal or bank clerk or an office administrator with a background in financial services
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Highly organised and good at process management
- Open and friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Background in a similar role preferred
