Office Manager, Hedge Fund

Our client is an established US fund who is looking for a top-notch Office Manager with the calibre and capacity to assist in the set-up and running of operations for their business. This will comprise infrastructure set-up, administration, finance and accounting, projects and events management.
We invite candidates who are already at the Executive level to come forward, and prior buy-side set-up experience will be advantageous. An excellent remuneration package with attractive bonus awaits the successful candidate.
Required Qualifications Experience :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent / Certificate in Secretarial Studies. A university degree is preferred.
- Excellent in key MS Office applications.
- At least 8 years’ experience as a secretary, with the last 2-3 years at the executive level.
- Exceptional organisational ability, with high-level oral and written communications skills.
- High level of confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to perform work in a professional and mature manner and to meet deadlines, particularly under pressure
