About the Job

The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in one of the largest Social Security Disability law firms in the region with offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and NY. Our rapidly growing firm is seeking to hire a dynamic Office Manager to oversee and support our expanding 130+ person firm.

Office Manager:

Successful candidate for this position will coordinate the general day-to-day administration processes to achieve maximum efficiency in terms of cost and productivity.

The Office Manager will have a wide variety of challenges and responsibilities to administer over   including   but not limited to: supplies, interaction with vendors, personnel, multiple locations, cost saving efficiencies just to name a few. Comprehensive understanding of computer programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Exceptional writing and communication sills required. In addition the Office Manager must be able to work for multiple departments and Management and be able to complete and prioritize assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Establishing and maintaining a first class office environment for staff and clients

·         Compose and maintain company communication via bulletin board, power point

·         Fulfill projects as assigned by executive team.

·         Managing the completion of assignments in a timely fashion

·         Acting as an information source and answering relevant inquiries, correspondence and emails appropriately.

·         Exhibiting best skills and knowledge on the job.

·         Carrying out designated tasks in a confidential and professional manner

·         Compile and maintain accurate records

·         Preparing and maintaining calendars and schedules for selective staff.

·         Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to company Management.

·         Must Practice and ensure compliance with that of all the organization’s policies and procedures.

·         Ability to operate phones, calculator, computer equipment, fax machines, copiers and printers.

·         Clerical perception is necessary to proofread typewritten materials; to index and file correspondence and documents and to organize daily work.

Qualifications:

·         Candidate must have earned a Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree from an accredited institution.

·         Experience in an executive environment.
