Position Summary


The Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Program/Education Director and the Coordinators of Program Services in continued compliance with external licensing agencies and regulatory requirements related to admissions and discharges by establishing all student records for assisting in the assurance of students’ physical well-being by monitoring medical records and services.   

The Office Manager is also responsible for performing human resources management of all School staff and tasks/projects as assigned by the Education/Program Director. 

To assure continued compliance with external licensing, regulatory requirements, the physical well-being and coordination of transportation services of all students,  the Office Manager will:

 

1.                  Assure a comprehensive, organized information system for the medical and education records within the Records Unit and its oversight;

2.                  Compile, complete and submit program license applications, required documentation and information in a timely and efficient manner to ensure compliance within external licensing and regulatory agency guidelines.

3.                  Maintenance, monitoring of the self-administration of medication process.  Ensuring training in accordance to DPW regulations are up-to-date and in alignment with regulations.  Responsible to train Medication Administration annually (preservice) or as necessitated.

Essential Qualifications

 

1.  Education/Credentials/Licensure.  High School Diploma and/or specialized training

      beyond high school

 

2.  Experience.  Proficiency in information systems technology, including word processing,

     data input and processing and spreadsheet software.  
 

3.  Clearances.  Required State and FBI Clearances.

 

4.  Pennsylvania Driver’s License and safe driving record
