This exciting well established architecture practice who are enjoying a sting of success with both private and public projects are looking for a experienced Office Manager/PA to support four of the business directors.

As Office Manager you will run the office, provide PA support to the directors and work closely with the administration and finance team. This is a busy and diverse role that will suit someone looking for a position with a number of responsibilities including but not limited to

· Diary and Travel Management, coordinating accommodation and transport
· Providing secretarial support to the directors and architects
· Maintenance and filing of confidential and sensitive project information
· Coordination of functions and events including arranging all onsite catering
· Coordination of meeting preparations and arrangements involving senior level management
· Gathering and creation of various reports and presentations, company website
· Create and maintain the company database
· General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, mail, stationery and kitchen supplies

The ideal candidate will have come from a construction/property/architecture/design related field and will have worked in a similar role to the above. You will have had supported at least two or more directors and have intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite.
You will have the ability to multitask as well as excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
