For our Brussels' office we recruit internally a Personnal Assisant/ Office manager.

Job Description

As the Office Manager your main tasks will be:

- Organise and optimise administrative organization

- Manage agenda's, meetings, travels,

- Human resources responsibilities: recruitment, retention, personnel's administration

- Manage office space and facilities

- Dealing with suppliers

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration

- Minimum three years of administrative experience

- Proficient in English, French and Dutch

- Superb leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
