This nationally recognised Energy company is well known for delivering exceptional results and has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant.

Due to the success of the company, this is a brand new position due to growth. Reporting to the General Manager, and supporting the additional team members, you will be responsible for the operation of timely, effective and accurate administrative support, business development reporting processes, marketing administrative support and general administrative support to colleagues as required.

In this position you are the sole administrative support presence for the office, including being the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders. Your key duties will include extensive diary and travel arrangements, minute taking and distribution, document formatting, raising and receipting purchase orders, participation in the development of new work practices, and any other ad-hoc duties that are required.

Being the only administrative contact in the business, Office Management experience is required. You will have strong MS Office knowledge, the ability to thrive under pressure, strong communication coordination skills and the ability to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, and developing the role. You will also have an adaptable working style, and enjoy a busy and varied position.
