Office Manager recruitment
In this challenging position you will be responsible for various activities such as administration and basic Accounting duties as well as Marketing activities. You will coordinate travel arrangements, organise various events and liaise with their different offices worldwide. Besides that, you will assist the management on ad hoc tasks, such as handling incoming queries and requests, creating presentations and be the first point of contact for any external parties.
As you have to deal with a lot of high calibre people and confidential information, our client is looking for a professional candidate with strong ethical norms as well as excellent organisational and communicational skills. Also it is required that you possess the following attributes:
• Fluency in English and German, ideally Hebrew
• At least 8 years work experience in a similar position and environment
• Excellent communication skills
Furthermore you have good MS Office skills as well as a flexible personality and are able to deal with pressure and-hoc requests.
