Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage diaries for Chief Investment Officer for internal and external meeting arrangement

• Departmental meeting and conference arrangement, minutes taking, greeting the clients;

• Organize team activities and events for the department; 

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department including

             • Travel arrangement such as hotel booking, airline ticket issue and expense reimbursement

             • Office supplies purchase and maintenance, filing system etc.

• Other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

• 5-7 years department secretarial or office administration experience in multinational environment, preferably in financial services industry  

• Conversant with MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

• Good command of written and spoken English Chinese (including Mandarin);

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Pleasant, initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.
