This award winning national law firm are seeking an immediately available Office Manager to join their Sydney team. The firm has achieved impressive growth and success over the years and are now looking to expand their team.

This fantastic role will be managing the office services team in the Sydney office; ensuring all services are delivered to staff and clients in an efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for managing reception, mailroom, print and IT, archiving, corporate hospitality, OHS support, premises and facilities and procurement functions within the firm. You will also liaise with other departments and practice group coordinators on the day to day operational activities.

You will be an experienced office manager, and will come from a professional services background. You will have experience of supervising a team of staff, strong knowledge of OHS policies and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders. You will be well presented with good communication skills and the ability to liaise with and manage people at all levels of seniority.
