Job Description
- Audit and validate the accuracy and completeness of invoices
- Provide professional client services to internal clients and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and Asia Pacific Expense Standards
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
- Liaise with head office on cross-regional issues
- Assist Corporate card program administration
- Assist business units resolve Corporate card payment issues
- Build positive relationships with internal user groups
- Take a proactive role to resolve payment issues
- Prepare and analyze operational reports
- Maintain accurate time keeping records
- Liaise with Auditors
- Assist with the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure system functionality and business requirements are met
- Provide ARIBA and CONCUR training to users
- Process intercompany transactions
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Independent and can work with minimal supervision
- Diligent
- Has a natural focus on "details"
- Confidence (dealing with fellow staff and external vendors)
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 7 years of AP or accounting experience
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
- Can work under pressure
- Good team player
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
