Job Description

The CSR will report directly to the Manager of Global Financial Futures and Options (FO and OTC Clearing) Operations Client Services team. The position is responsible for day-to-day servicing of FO Clients in the Asia Pac Region. This is a permanent position offering excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks will include, but are not limited to;

• Handle client enquires via email and phones

• Acting as communication bridge of internal parties and clients

• Maintenance of Static Data in various systems

• Handle margin calls of clients and ensure payments and receipts are processed accurately.

• Pro actively engage with Business partners and ensure close support of initiatives

• Client visits with Business (New Business Pitches / Ongoing Client Service)

Key Objectives:

• Ensure day-to-day operation is carried out smoothly and our service delivery to clients is efficient, effective, and reliable

• Enhance and improve process within Client Service Team

• Client focused and engage in building and fostering good relationship with existing clients

• Carry out process improvement reviews and improve client servicing standards

• Participating and managing projects and delivery of projects.

Requirements

Candidate Background and Qualifications:

A Successful Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in exchange traded derivatives (1 of the 3 years in Client Services). The candidate is required have ability to build and maintain a high level of customer service and trust.

The successful candidate will be Client focused and willing to work towards improving customer satisfaction. The candidate must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent analytical and effective problem solving skills are essential. The candidate is also required to be a self driven individual with excellent planning, organization and follow up skills.

Essential Education:

Degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

Systems Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential and GMI Ops system.

Language Skills:

Strong skills in written and spoken English are essential.
